PMI is introducing a new membership model. This update has raised questions for many professionals: Will the price change? How does chapter membership fit into the new structure? And most importantly, what value do members actually receive?

Understanding the New Model

Under the new structure, every PMI Global member will automatically be linked to a local chapter. The goal is simple: ensure members benefit not only from PMI’s global resources, but also from a local professional community.

Here is what the change means depending on your current status:

• If you are already a PMI Belgium Chapter member:
  Your membership and pricing remain the same. Nothing changes for you.
• If you are a PMI member without a chapter affiliation:
  Your fee will increase slightly, as standalone global membership will no longer exist. You will automatically be connected to your local chapter.
• If you are not a PMI member yet:
  You will simply see the new unified membership model when joining.
