What if sustainability wasn't just a compliance requirement, but a powerful predictor of project success?

In today's evolving landscape, project outcomes extend beyond traditional boundaries of time, scope, and budget. Sustainability spans environmental, social, and economic dimensions to strengthen organizational resilience, drive innovation, and enhance long-term value.

This session explores how project professionals can integrate sustainable practices into every stage of their work, turning sustainability into a concrete, practical advantage. Lucila Dotto, Global Head of Sustainability at PMI, will guide participants through practical methods to apply a sustainability mindset across project lifecycles. Additionally, attendees will discover free resources available exclusively to PMI members, alongside clear certification pathways in Sustainable Project Management.

Why Join

Because sustainable project management is no longer optional—it is a core business driver. Many project teams struggle with sustainability not due to a lack of intent, but because they:

  • View sustainability as an added cost rather than a driver of value and efficiency
  • Lack clear frameworks to embed sustainable practices into daily project phases
  • Are unaware of the tools, templates, and certification pathways available to guide them

This session bridges the gap between strategy and execution, offering actionable guidance to build resilience and long-term impact.

About the PMI Belgium Webinar Program

This session is part of the PMI Belgium Chapter – Professional Development Webinar Program. At the same time, we align with PMI’s evolving perspective, supporting development across the PMI Talent Triangle and emphasizing value delivery, outcomes, and impact. Our intention is not to replace frameworks, but to expand how they are applied in practice.
