What if the biggest threat to your leadership impact isn't the pressure around you, but what pressure triggers within you?

Under pressure, even highly capable leaders can find themselves listening to unhelpful leadership voices: the voice that needs to prove itself, avoid mistakes, seek approval, or stay in control. As attention shifts away from what the situation truly requires, leadership impact suffers.

Why Join

Project and program leaders are expected to deliver results while balancing competing priorities, managing diverse stakeholders, navigating uncertainty, and influencing without always having formal authority.

In these situations, pressure can activate familiar leadership voices that pull attention away from what the situation requires most. This session explores how greater awareness helps leaders respond more intentionally, strengthen their influence, and increase their impact when it matters most.

What You Will Gain

  • A practical framework for recognizing your leadership voices under pressure
  • Greater awareness of the patterns that may be limiting your effectiveness
  • Insights into how pressure influences decisions, relationships, and influence
  • Tools to respond more intentionally in challenging situations
  • Increased leadership impact when navigating complexity and uncertainty

Who Should Attend

  • Project, Program, and Portfolio Managers
  • PMO Leaders and Transformation Professionals
  • Senior Leaders driving strategic initiatives
  • Professionals involved in organizational transformation
  • Anyone interested in strengthening execution and delivering strategic impact

About the PMI Belgium Webinar Program

This session is part of the PMI Belgium Chapter – Professional Development Webinar Program.

Our webinars are designed not only to share knowledge, but to reflect the reality of project work, bringing forward topics that go beyond frameworks and support professionals in navigating complexity, uncertainty, and change.

At the same time, we align with PMI’s evolving perspective, supporting development across the PMI Talent Triangle and emphasizing value delivery, outcomes, and impact.

Our intention is not to replace frameworks, but to expand how they are applied in practice.
