About the Tutor
Nesrine Roumieh is an International Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience leading high-rise construction and complex hybrid projects across the MENA region and Sub-Saharan Africa. She is PMP®, PMI-RMP®, and PMI-ACP® certified, with expertise in risk management, agile and hybrid project delivery, and cross-cultural leadership in demanding international environments.
She is passionate about advancing professional project management practices and empowering professionals through PMP and Agile-focused learning initiatives. Based in Kinshasa, she brings a strategic and leadership-driven approach to delivering operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable project success.
