What does it take to lead organizations in an age where change is constant and strategy must be executed faster than ever?

In today’s transformation age, projects are no longer temporary initiatives.
They are the primary drivers of strategy execution and value creation.

Yet most organizations still operate within structures designed for stability, not transformation.

This creates a gap between ambition and execution.

Because the challenge is no longer defining strategy.
It is delivering it, consistently, effectively, and at speed.

This session explores how organizations can move beyond traditional operating models and become truly project-driven, enabling faster execution, better prioritization, and stronger strategic impact.

Why Join

Because transformation does not fail at the level of ideas.
It fails at the level of execution.

Organizations are challenged:

  • when strategic priorities compete for limited resources
  • when traditional hierarchies slow down decision-making
  • when execution capacity does not match strategic ambition

Drawing on insights from his latest research and book Powered by Projects, Antonio will share how leading organizations are redesigning the way they operate to accelerate transformation and deliver meaningful impact.
