Project Management & Change Management: Two Sides of the Same Coin [Webinar]

Webinar---Alexandros-Tzimpilis---PM-n-Change-Management.png

What does it really take to deliver successful transformation in today’s fast-changing and complex environments?

In a world where organizations invest heavily in projects to drive change, success is no longer defined by delivering on time, on scope, and on budget alone. It is defined by whether that change is actually adopted, sustained, and translated into real value.

Because delivery is only half of the equation.

The other half is people.

This session explores the powerful intersection between Project Management and Change Management - two disciplines often treated as separate, but in reality deeply interconnected.

One provides the structure, governance, and disciplined execution needed to build the solution.
The other ensures that individuals and organizations have the awareness, desire, knowledge, and ability to use that solution effectively.

Together, they determine whether outcomes are realized or lost.

Why Join

Because transformation does not fail on paper.
It fails in adoption.

It is tested:

  • when solutions are delivered but not used
  • when stakeholders resist or disengage
  • when benefits are expected - but never fully realized

This session is designed for professionals who want to move beyond delivering outputs—and start delivering outcomes.

If you are working on projects, leading transformations, or navigating organizational change, this session will challenge how you think about success.
