PMI_Ireland_A-PMO-Career.jpeg

The webinar is focused on careers in Project Management Office (PMO). It will cover what a PMO actually does, the different roles within it, and what day-to-day work looks like in practice. Using insights from the first dedicated State of the PMO in Ireland 2025 study, the session will also explore how the profession is shifting from delivery-focused functions to value-driven organisations. It’s aimed at anyone starting out or considering a change and looking to understand if a PMO career is the right move.
