Ways of Working

The presentation explores how AI assistants integrated into project management tools can transform everyday project communication, emails, meetings, and chats into actionable project intelligence. This includes generating timelines, identifying risks, and capturing key decisions in real time, while keeping project managers fully in control of the process.

The session highlights how communication, often fragmented across tools and channels, can become a structured and valuable source of insight that supports better coordination, transparency, and decision-making across projects.

It also includes a hands-on exercise, where participants will have the opportunity to build their own AI agent and experience how automation tools like n8n can support everyday project work, enhance productivity, and simplify routine tasks in a practical and accessible way.

What the audience will learn
  • How to turn messy chats and meetings into structured project data.
  • How to use digital assistants to flag risks and capture decisions in real time.
  • How to build your own AI agent to handle the "busy work" of project management.
