With over 15 years of experience, Shushan helps organizations translate complex sustainability and transformation ambitions into structured, well-governed, and measurable execution. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and change, where clarity, governance, and disciplined delivery turn vision into results. She has led multi-country programs across Europe and emerging markets in areas including renewable energy, supply chain decarbonization, electric mobility, sustainable finance, and water systems. Her experience spans large-scale portfolios delivered with and for organizations such as HEINEKEN, Huawei, NIO, T-Mobile, Liberty Global, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank. She holds an MBA degree and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA).
