PMP/CAPM Study Group: Developing Leadership Roles and Teams • Cross-Chapter Collaboration

PMI-DE+BE-PMP-CAPM-Study-Group.png

This session offers an in-depth analysis of the current standards for leading projects and teams. At its core is a paradigm shift: moving away from purely process-driven workflows towards a value-oriented understanding of leadership that views leadership as a shared responsibility of the entire project team.

The role of the project manager has also evolved: moving from a mere administrator to a value-oriented leader.
