R&D PPM Cross-sharing & Development Day

Target audience: R&D project and program managers working in drug development

Pipeline Project Management (PPM) Development Day to be hosted at GSK in Wavre on Nov 28th, 2024

Pipeline Project Managers are at the heart of drug development by enabling teams to choose the best path to deliver medicines to patients. This effort not only requires navigating a highly regulated, complex, and multidisciplinary environment but also translating R&D strategy to rigorous execution.

This event aims to celebrate the importance of project management in drug development, while creating a space for cross-sharing of future-looking and real-world experiences. The day-long event will be infused with keynote speeches, panels, workshops and networking experiences with the objective to INNOVATE on practices, INSPIRE through experience and CONNECT PPMs across the pharmaceutical industry.

Masterclass to Work in a Matrix Environment

Don’t miss the opportunity for 10 participants to participate in a unique Master class gamification experience facilitated by Benoit Schmitt, PhD, PMP. This gamified workshop is designed to immerse participants in the complexities of working within a matrix environment in drug development. The workshop leverages real-world scenarios to enhance skills such as assertiveness, leadership, teamwork, resource management, and driving SteerCo decisions. Participants will assume roles of Project Managers (PMs) and Line Managers (LMs) across simulated projects, facing real-life constraints like resource shortages, SteerCo decisions, interdependencies, and financial limitations
