Join the Learn Thru Practice training with PMI Nederlands which is open to PMI Belgium and PMI Luxembourg. 

Learn Thru Practice approach to training  

We introduce a project scenario and ask the participants to run the project and therefore do the necessary P3.express activities from start-up to closing a project. 

What you will learn? 

• Hands on overview of how a project works
• Practice the following activities and techniques
  • Create the Project Description document (why, objective, business case)
  • Break down a project into deliverables (Mind Map)
  • Write requirement documents with quality criteria
  • Using online application of visualize the project data
  • Create a Communications Plan
  • Daily follow up on Risk, Issues and Changes
  • Etc…
