Working together with other people ought to be fun and energizing. But is this intrinsic motivation really the best? Aren’t there other ways to motivate your people? Is  being strongly motivated really important? Hermina pierces these motivational myths and shows you the basic principles of high quality motivation. When starting a project, it is always a bonus when the team is full of energy. Knowing the people strengths and motivation is at least as important as perfectly running a project.
