PROJECT CANVAS Online – create a shared understanding of a project with all key actors
Speaker: | Karen Schmidt
Track: | Tech | ||
About the presentation: The Project Canvas by Over the Fence is a visual tool for customer centric project design. We have always used the tool in online meetings, too. But never as often and as varied as in the past months. We ran a dozen online workshops ourselves; hundreds of applications were reported to us from the "Over the Fence" community (overthefence.com.de). In this interactive workshop you get a hands-on Project Canvas experience online. We will introduce the Project Canvas as a visual tool and powerful dialogue format to help diverse teams to “think better together”. In this session we will apply the Project Canvas to real projects of participants. No fiction involved. Be prepared to be surprised! Afterwards, participants will be able to use the (free) tool for online project kick-off workshops on their own. |

Bio Speaker: Karen Schmidt is a Berlin based consultant and founder of “Over the Fence”, an international innovation community for projects. She has published two management books and loves to create deep learning experiences, which are fun and make a real difference. |

About PM Fair 2020, the digital fair: Firstly, for reasons that should be obvious to all, this year’s event will be virtual and not physical: we are going online. No physical face-to-face sessions are envisaged. Instead, the congress will be made up of a series of webinars, online workshops and master classes. Whilst presenting numerous challenges, this also provides plenty of opportunities. The congress will be spread over an entire week, from Monday the 28th of September, through to, and including, Saturday the 3rd of October. The intention is to offer morning ‘coffee time’ sessions, along with lunch time opportunities, and additional sessions in the early or late evening, thereby maximising the possibility for our members to participate, either in live webinars, or by accessing recorded sessions. In addition, ‘going virtual’ enables us to extend our existing wonderful relationship with our friends and neighbours, and present PM Fair 2020 in conjunction with from PMI Netherlands and PMI Luxembourg. |
