 About the presentation: 

His talk on Well-being in Teams will cover such topics as trust, building small scale communities, personal values, curiosity, creativity, self-management, self-care and group support and how important this all is for healthy supportive, close-knit teams to thrive and flourish.
When teams work well together, they can concentrate all their energy on getting things done, rather than losing time, effort and energy by bickering. It is about building a better way of working for everyone.

Bio Speaker:

Andy is a certified and accredited Life, Executive and Well-being coach and has always been a life-long learner.
He has been training and coaching in Life Skills for individuals and teams for many years.
Well-being is a very hot topic at the moment and going forward and Andy has made it his mission to help as many people as he can gain a more balanced outlook on life.
He has had a varied life and worked in many different domains so his outlook on life is such that he is rarely surprised and he thrives on change and challenges.

About PM Fair 2020, the digital fair:

Firstly, for reasons that should be obvious to all, this year’s event will be virtual and not physical: we are going online. No physical face-to-face sessions are envisaged. Instead, the congress will be made up of a series of webinars, online workshops and master classes.

Whilst presenting numerous challenges, this also provides plenty of opportunities.

The congress will be spread over an entire week, from Monday the 28th of September, through to, and including, Saturday the 3rd of October. The intention is to offer morning ‘coffee time’ sessions, along with lunch time opportunities, and additional sessions in the early or late evening, thereby maximising the possibility for our members to participate, either in live webinars, or by accessing recorded sessions.

In addition, ‘going virtual’ enables us to extend our existing wonderful relationship with our friends and neighbours, and present PM Fair 2020 in conjunction with from PMI Netherlands and PMI Luxembourg.
