How do you navigate in your career, where is your heading? If you recall your early years, was it straightforward? Did you make mistakes? How do you know you are not making other mistakes now that jeopardise your career? What can you do to sail a good path, making full use of the wind? Are you looking to change course entirely?

During an interactive workshop, our experienced facilitators will guide you to better navigate your career direction. You will work through career problems of your choosing in small groups. From this you will leave with a set of actions and guidance to help you overcome choppy waters and set you on your way.

Pre-work is required. Typically, 10-30 mins of thinking and describing your career problem. Bring this problem with you to the session.

The session is limited in size so book your place now!
