We have the honor to welcome Katherina Swings as our speaker for our PMI event on April 25th, 2019. Katherina has released her new e-book “Nine tips to fill your vacancies”. More details will be added to pmi-belgium.be and our social media in the coming weeks. 

Imagine a world in which all types of people can contribute to the results of your projects. Imagine that people contribute using their strengths rather than compensating their weaknesses. There is work to be done. Taking diversity into account when putting the project team together.

Working together with other people ought to be fun and energizing. When starting a project, it is always a bonus when the team doesn’t have a tunnel vision. Getting a good 360° view of the challenge ahead and the possible solutions is at least as important as perfectly running a project.

Katherina has worked for a variety of industries and in several locations worldwide. Her background has been firmly rooted in the field of HR. Change Management (in different HR And IT projects) and working with virtual teams also comes natural to Katherina. She is passionate about the power of inclusion and how it brings better results to businesses.
