What does the new PMI membership model mean for you and me?

We already shared an update about this change, but here is a short recap of what it includes.

What does a chapter membership offer?

If you’re not yet familiar with what chapter membership includes, here’s a quick overview:

• All the benefits PMI already offers: discounts on certifications and renewals, free or discounted eLearning courses, free digital access to foundational standards such as the PMBOK® Guide, plus member-only tools like PMI Infinity™, the AI-powered coach, and much more.
• The opportunity to join local events. Even if there are none nearby, you can suggest new event locations to the PMI Belgium Chapter.
• Discounts at local events, many of which are free for members.
• Enhanced access to the PMI Belgium Chapter website, including webinars and documentation exclusive to members.
• Networking opportunities, both online and in person.

What should you do to make sure you don’t miss out?

To ensure you continue receiving all benefits:

• Check your membership settings and verify that your primary address is set to Belgium.
• You may use your work address as your primary address.
• To remain part of the PMI Belgium Chapter, your primary address must be in Belgium.

How to verify your address

1. Go to PMI.org.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click on your name in the top-right corner and choose Account.
4. In the Personal Information tab, scroll down to Addresses.
5. Verify that your primary address is in Belgium.
6. If it isn’t, update it or add a Belgian address and mark it as primary.
