On 16 March, a new mentoring cycle began at PMI Belgium. 

A new cohort. A new set of conversations. A new set of turning points. 

Because every cohort is different. And every cohort matters. 

A Focused Start 

This cohort begins with: 

• 5 mentoring pairs  

• 2 new mentors  

Smaller - by design. 

This allows us to: 

• stay closer to the experience  

• listen more carefully  

• support more intentionally  

Strengthening the Foundation 

This cohort also marks an important step forward. 

We welcome Geert De Meulder as Mentoring Program Coordinator. 

His role: 

• strengthen program structure  

• support delivery consistency  

• expand presence across Flanders  

This is how sustainable programs grow: Not just through ideas - but through people who carry them forward. 

Expanding Across Regions 

Growth requires balance. 

We are now actively looking for a volunteer to support the program in Wallonia. 

Because access should not depend on geography. And mentoring should reach every part of our community. 

Always Open, Always Evolving

A key shift in our approach: Applications remain open - for both mentors and mentees. 

We are moving toward a continuous model: 

• join when you need it  

• not only when cohorts open  

What Remains Constant 

Even as the structure evolves, the essence does not. 

Mentoring is still about: 

• honest conversations  

• shared experience  

• moving forward with clarity
