Project “GROW” Mentoring Program
AUTUMN 2022 WAVE is Now Launched
Many companies have programs for mentoring in the workplace. The effectiveness of them varies widely. Given this disparity, it can be hard to determine how to design and implement a mentoring program. However, at PMI Belgium, we believe that in the current work environment, it’s becoming ever more crucial to offer this valuable service to our members. Mentoring is a complementary way to learn through others, besides learning through structured courses and programs.
"Mentoring is to support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximise their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be." Eric Parsloe, the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring
The mentoring programme will assist both mentors and mentees in attaining key life skills through sharing experiences with each other.
What are Mentors and Mentees?
