Each month I recommend a webinar to watch on projectmanagement.com as this is a wonderful resource provided by PMI and is available to PMI members.
What I look for in a webinar?
- Something new that looks at another side of project management
- Good presentation skill that will not bore you to death
- Webinar Title: Persona to Product: User Story Mapping and Projects
- Time: 59 minutes
- Rating 4.34
Introduction to Webinar
In this webinar, we will show you, with examples, how product features are defined using the user story mapping exercise to develop user stories. Once user stories are written, then they can be grouped into releases, with the first release being your MVP or Minimum Viable Product. During the webinar we will describe and use an example to develop a story map and group the stories into a product backlog. The product backlog will keep the team focused on delivering value to customers.
Outcomes
- Product and Customers

- Value Proposition Canvas
- Story Mapping
- Prioritization of Product Backlog

Tips from Frank
Most of the webinars on Project Management have long introductions and this is another one, so you can skip the fist two minutes.
