Dear Members, friends, project management enthusiasts,

The covid-19 story continues: the fourth wave is underway; the third vaccination shot is being planned. Hopefully, this is the last stage before we can return to normal. We have organised live and online events to keep you close to us. I hope you have all been able to stay healthy so we can meet again soon.

On 30 October, we got together again to formulate our strategy for the coming years. We will communicate more about the results in the coming months.

On Wednesday 10 November, I had the pleasure of attending the proclamation of EHSAL Management School (EMS). On behalf of PMI Belgium, I presented an award to the laureate of the executive programme Project Management: Jean-Jacques De Ridder. Congratulations Jean-Jacques! For the first time in two years, this ceremony was in person again. It was nice to meet Jo Van den Bossche (Director EHSAL Management School) and his team after this corona-break.

Looking ahead to 2022, I started looking at networking opportunities. In this context, I attended the monthly meeting of the Strategy Implementation Institute. The aim is to see how we can better position our members in their organisations. As project, portfolio, programme and change managers, they contribute to the realisation of the strategy of their organisations. You are important to your companies!
