One out of five companies is having trouble implementing their strategy. This is an enormous waste of resources. For a long time Strategy Crafting and Strategy Implementation were seen as two separate capabilities. To improve the success of the delivery of the strategy the crafting and the design of the strategy are closely related. If you are interested in this topic this event should interest you.
In this PMI Belgium Chapter event we will try to give you an overview of a number of frameworks to improve your Strategy Implementation success. There is an important role that the project management professional has to play.
An insight in the Brightline Transformation Compass and the 10 guiding principles will be presented. A case study will also be discussed in a short workshop to show how these principles can be applied to improve the execution of the strategy.
Another goal of the PMI Belgium Chapter event is to gauge whether there is interest within our membership community to start a CoP focused on Strategy Execution and the skills needed to support this goal.
