Els is the the head of the Planning & Reporting group within the Operationas and Project Management department at Galapagos. The Planning and Reporting group provides functional project management support (planning / costing / FTE demand forecasting) to the project teams and creates project status reports for the development portfolio. Stakeholder management and customer focus are important to ensure efficient and effective use of the EPPM System.
