Ron is the founder of Highway of Change boutique consultancy; He is a renowned expert in the field and has over 40 (yes 40!) years of experience in change management and business transformation.
Ron’s opening session to PM Fair 2022 has been a blast! 
The webinar is a perfect match to the PM Fair 2022 the annual flagship event of PMI Belgium. The session uncovered a perspective on PM Fair leading theme this year ‘Change Management – adapting our today for a better tomorrow’.
Ron uncovered the building blocks of change, how to approach and implement change and argued about the people change aspects. He discussed some of the major challenges and benefits of using change management and shared some key change management best practice.
A core argument put forward was that “All projects are change projects”. Ron has shared with us the about elevated importance and consideration of priorities within the change management realm for project success.
