PMI meets GUBERNA - Cross Organisation Event
The board members of the PMI Belgium Chapter are at all time looking for creating value for the chapter members. We have, therefore, the pleasure to announce the setup of a Cross-organisation event still this year with a high level topic.
As part of the value, delivered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for its members, PMI Chapter Belgium has the pleasure to invite the Alumni of GUBERNA to an event around Project Portfolio Management
Who is GUBERNA?
'A board of Directors should see adequate project portfolio management as a strategic competency that can create significant value'
Organizations have seen a significant increase in the amount of projects they try to implement. This has been a common response from management to address the increased competition, the changing market conditions, the shorter product shelf lives before they become a commodity. This new reality affects also the role and the responsibilities of the directors of the Board. They need to help management in prioritizing and monitoring the execution of the key initiatives, ensuring that they actually preserve and increase the value creation of the organization.
Antonio Nieto Rodriguez
During the session, two experienced speakers will share with us their view about the change of responsibilities of the directors.
