Women in Project Management: Growing a Stronger, More Inclusive Professional Community
The New Year’s reception meant also the start of rewarding the women in project management. On the 08th of March, the International Women’s Day we organize an event to reward the women in project management.
Event date: 08 March 2025 – mark your agenda
During this event we will have different workshop let by women, expert in their area related to project management. This day will be more than just an event. It is the creation of a community where women can rely on, can share their stories without hesitation.
As a woman in project management, I had my battles to fight. I had to find my authenticity to be strong to set up my boundaries to avoid being overwhelmed by men. It might be that it was because I was working in industrial areas dominated by men: Metal industry, Automotive Industry, Pharmaceutical industry.
My battles are the inspiration of the topics that can lead to great discussions, learnings in this community:
When finding my authenticity by using laughter and breathing I could stand up easier, giving my opinion without losing my authenticity. Last week I had several inspirational calls with women in leaders’ positions who embrace the idea of the community and are willing to contribute, to collaborate with you to make this community a place where women can become stronger and be motivated and become an inspiration for our next generation.
The 08 March 2025 is creating a strong base that will be the ripple to grow and to have on 08 March 2026 the first Women in Project management Conference. Every woman is welcome to join this community. This community is for you, by you and together we can.

Working towards the event on the 08 March 2025, we will have a 30-minute session called LadiesTalk
