Once a year, all the European PMI chapters (40 countries) are organising the REGION 8 PMI Congress. This 2-days congress provides the opportunity to all PMI chapter leaders to meet each other and share their experiences about the best practices of developing and managing a chapter. The congress is organised in a different European country each year to give chance to chapter leaders to visit each others' country.  It is a great honour that this year BRUSSELS has been selected to host the Region 8 Congress and PMI Belgium Chapter is very proud to welcome PMI colleagues from all those countries during the week-end of 9th-10th of November 2019. What does it mean for you?

The Belgium Chapter community is once again demonstrating its engagement with the development of the PMI network in the world. It is not the first time that the Belgium Chapter has actively contributed to the development of PMI as a whole, as we already had two PMI chair of the board coming from Belgium. You, the members, you have been contributing to this during the last 21 years.

A unique occasion to meet other chapter leaders:

* the PMI Belgium Chapter is responsible for the set up of the venue and local organisation.  During the two days we will require some volunteers as room facilitators, registration desk, guides for the Brussels guided tour organised on Saturday evening, etc... If you want to contribute to this congress by volunteering on one of the two days, the evening guided tour or the complete congress duration, send us a simple email with your availabilities to events@pmi-belgium.be for checking the role you could manage during the congress.

* As a corporate you definitely want to connect with the PMI Chapters all across Europe; you also want to support the Belgium Chapter with some of the costs for organising the Saturday evening dinner?  Then, you may connect with sponsoring@pmi-belgium.be for exploring a number of possibilities to meet with the chapter leaders.
