Job Description:

As a core team member in a wide variety of consulting assignments as :

definition of a portfolio of projects,  design or the assessment and the improvement of project management processes and practices within a PMO,(co-)management of projects for a customer,  writing of a call for tenders and the selection of suppliers.

You participate in the acquisition of consulting assignments; 
You facilitate workshops, lead interviews, perform analysis, design and implement processes and solutions mainly at client’s site. 
You will be given the autonomy, training and support required to develop your skills and expertise.

Preferred Skills:

• Holder of a Master’s Degree in business administration, economics or engineering, with a previous 2 to 5 years experience as IS Project Manager consultant in a Project & Portfolio Management practice or equivalent operational position
• Has several years of proven experience in managing people in a multilingual, multicultural  environment;
• Familiar with the application of one or several project management methodologies as PMI, PRINCE2 or CMMI (certification is an asset) and related supporting tools
• Is familiar with modern software/architectural concepts such as J2EE and SOA
• Outstanding problem solving competencies and analytical skills for issues related to organisation and project management process implementation
• Entrepreneurial spirit and can work autonomously but in close cooperation with your colleagues
• Soft skills which put you at ease in multi-stakeholders environments
• Multilingual (including Dutch/French and English).
