MEASURING CHANGE EFFECTIVENESS
HALF-DAY POWER SESSION
Most Change Management trainings focus on the change strategy & methodologies, so the Why, the What and the How. This half day Power Session on Measuring Change Effectiveness is complementary to, and creates bridges between Change Management, Program Management and Value Realization.
Participants learn to establish clear business value metrics and track them through simple and effective measurement systems. This skill is a great asset in ensuring ongoing stakeholder buy-in and executive sponsorship, by going beyond the slogans and proving black on white how the transformation is delivering.

DAVID ROOSENS
TRAINER AND CONTENT CREATOR AT THE BAYARD ACADEMY
David is a seasoned operational leader, bringing more than
25 years of experience in transformational program investments,
complex change management, process improvement, sales
enablement and business intelligence.
Able to decompose & explain complex problems into clear concepts, David is at ease presenting to large audiences and senior executives, but won’t hesitate to go down into details whenever needed.
Throughout his career, he has enjoyed training and coaching people, delivering technical as well as professional trainings in the areas of change management, process improvement, six sigma, and program management. He has provided in-house trainings at his main employers and clients, as well as guest lectures on transformational program management at Vlerick Leuven Ghent’s “10 days of ICT Management” masterclass. David is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has championed and mentored dozens of Green & Black Belt candidates.
