PMI meets GUBERNA - Cross Organisation's Event
Who is GUBERNA?
The Event:
'A board of Directors should see adequate project portfolio management as a strategic competency that can create significant value'
Organizations have seen a significant increase in the amount of projects they try to implement. This has been a common response from management to address the increased competition, the changing market conditions, the shorter product shelf lives before they become a commodity. This new reality affects also the role and the responsibilities of the directors of the Board. They need to help management in prioritizing and monitoring the execution of the key initiatives, ensuring that they actually preserve and increase the value creation of the organization.
Antonio Nieto Rodriguez
During the session, two experienced speakers will share with us their view about the change of responsibilities of the directors.
