Insights and inspiration for project professionals

The goal of a study group is to bring together people who aim to pass a PMI exam. This is not a training, but a gathering of like-minded members who want to support each other in their effort to take the exam. The Study Groups will be organized per certification. Your participation in this Study Group will not count towards the (eventually) necessary contact hours.

This year we plan to organize Study Groups for the following certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP and PfMP. Below you can find an overview as the Study Groups might have different requirements/pre-requisites.

 

Most of the time, these gatherings are going to be virtual as we will be using Microsoft Teams for our sessions and will take 1,5 to 2 hours each (in the evening).   We expect each participant to have a version of the Study material available as the purpose is that each participant presents one chapter of the study guide in the group.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is a minimum and maximum number of participants identified. If we don’t reach the minimum number of participants this Study Group will be cancelled. If we have too many participants, we could choose to split the group in two.

A moderator, who is supposed to be certified in the area of the Study Group topic, will organize, plan and lead the planned sessions.

Participation in this Study Group is free for the members of the PMI Belgium Chapter. Exceptionally we could allow non-members to participate against a nominal fee.

Afterwards additional (exam) guidance can be delivered on a voluntary basis through the PMI Belgium Chapter GROW mentoring program.
