At the New Year's Reception on 23 Jan 2024, our PM Fair Lady proposed the theme of this year's PM Fair. The A.R.T. in project management where A stands for Awareness, R for Rule and T for Transformation. I know that we are experts in project management and that we aim higher. Looking at the 5 PMI Core Values : Make it Easy, Aim Higher, Be Welcoming, Embrace Curiosity, and Together We Can, the theme suits fine with those PMI Core Values.

Beginning of February we had an onboarding meeting on the PM Fair, to present to new people what the PM Fair is all about. We know all that PM Fair is our flagship event where we come together to learn, to network in an inspirational location to emerge ourselves in different topic of project management given by international and national speakers. From the attendees that were present it was clear that the organization of the PM Fair is a great opportunity to learn all the aspects of project management, and the PM Fair Lady was very transparent on the workload. Although we are all doing this on a volunteering base, we must keep the fun factor high. Some attendees already aimed for the running day team, others were enthusiastic about being on the organization team with the PM Fair Lady's experience.

The early registration period will start on April 1^st 2024 with the same registration fee as last year. So reserve your place and register as soon as you can.

We all need A.R.T. to become STARs in project management.  At the PM Fair there will be a special track of Self-care – Well being. I strongly believe that every project manager, team member needs to take care of yourself. What does it mean to take care of yourself? It is acquiring tools to reduce the stress, or maybe learn how to create a good balance work-life.  Learn new skills like laughter and conscious breathing to increase your inner energy, to change the relationship with yourself, to become stronger, healthier.

Since March, we are having our bi-weekly meetings to organize an amazing PM Fair 2024.  In the coming weeks I’m going to introduce you the team one by one.

Let us know if you attend a workshop or a speaker that you find inspiring and fits with the theme of the PM Fair. We are preparing the Call for Speakers to invite inspiring speakers to the PM Fair.
