The PMI Belgium Chapter is looking for passionate leaders who want to make a meaningful contribution to our community. Director of Finance 

Help ensure the chapter's financial sustainability and transparency. You will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, forecasting, and support strategic investment decisions that enable the chapter to grow and deliver exceptional member experiences. 

Director of Membership 

Be the voice of our members. You'll focus on attracting new members, increasing engagement, improving retention, and ensuring every member experiences the value of belonging to the PMI Belgium Chapter through meaningful programs, communication, and services. 

Director of Volunteering 

Our volunteers are the heart of the chapter. In this role, you'll recruit, engage, develop, recognize, and retain volunteers while creating an outstanding volunteer experience. You'll help connect members with meaningful opportunities where they can grow, contribute, and make an impact. 

Director of Professional Development 

Champion lifelong learning within the PMI Belgium Chapter by designing and delivering high-quality professional development opportunities for our members. You'll develop the chapter's education roadmap, coordinate workshops, seminars, study groups, and training programs, collaborate with Authorized Training Partners (ATPs) and industry experts, and ensure members have access to relevant learning experiences that support their career growth and certification journey. 

Director of Academic & Educational Outreach 

Build strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, and future project professionals. You'll promote project management education, create partnerships, support educational initiatives, and inspire the next generation of project leaders while strengthening the chapter's outreach. 

Director of Events 

Lead the planning and delivery of inspiring chapter events that bring our community together. You'll oversee the chapter's annual events strategy, coordinate volunteers, engage speakers and partners, manage event logistics, and ensure every event delivers value to our members. 

IT Director 

Drive the chapter's digital transformation. You'll oversee the technology strategy, digital platforms, data management, cybersecurity, and IT operations while supporting the Board with technology solutions that enhance the member experience and improve operational efficiency.
