Carsten Wendt

Carsten Wendt: Speak up and step back: Communication is more than information. Be a master of energy

As a Project Manager, you are in charge not just of processes but of energy: the energy in people, the energy that moves the project forward. But how do you energise people? And when do you need to do that? Do you recognise the moments that matter? And if so, do you know how to confront them? This talk prepares you for the communication moments that matter.
