- May 8th FUP meeting
On May 8th, we held a follow-up meeting with Laetitia and another member, Mikhaël Lefèvre, where we explored PMI resources like the Study Hall and ATP. We were also inspired by the well-structured mentoring program offered by PMI Portugal, particularly their "Mentor Walk" initiative that fosters deeper connections between mentors and mentees.
To jumpstart our GROWTH program, we reached out to experienced members like Johan Pauwels and Pierre Jacquy to see if they were interested in becoming mentors. Their initial support was instrumental in guiding Laetitia.
During our preparation call with Cristina Barradas from PMI Portugal, we learned more about their impressive mentoring program. We were particularly struck by their "Mentor Walk" concept, which creates a unique space for connection and growth.
