Entering the 2^nd month of the year, I’m grateful for the connections made in 2024, as they are the start for the deeper connection.

The previous month we started setting the frame with a great New Year’s Reception. We changed the concept of formal presentation to an interactive format “Mingle – jingle”. This interactive format was much appreciated by the attendees, who could combine networking, listening to the roadmap 2025.

With the new board 2025-2026 we are lighting the way for our members to get inspired and to connect with each other.

2025 is

• the start for our enrollment with Single Membership Fee. Our vice-president, Pierre Van de Leemput has been assigned as project manager for this project and will update you in the coming months on the WHAT – WHY and the benefits of the Single Membership Fee.
• a MORE collaboration with schools and universities to inspire the next generation, to introduce them to the world of Project Management.
• Aiming for MORE members, welcoming our new members in onboarding sessions to get to know the PMI Belgium chapter and what is in for them
• Launching the GROWTH program, connecting mentors and mentees to help mentees in development of their career
• the ripple effect for the Women in Project Management community which dedicated workshops, webinars to inspire, to embrace women, to unlock their potential talent, skills
• Collaborating with other European PMI Chapters by inviting speakers for webinars

As you see 2025 is a year for you and within the chapter we will provide you with the necessary items, topics, that you need so that you are proud to be a member of the PMI Belgium Chapter.
