It was a great honor to represent our chapter at the Global Summit Conference and Leadership Institute Meeting in Berlin. The first day of the Global Summit Conference our CEO Pierre Le Manh elaborated on the PMI:Next Strategy. In this Strategy the purpose is “we maximize project success to elevate our world”. As project professionals we should more focus on project success. By counting our successes, we can elevate our world. Be grateful for the blessing that you get in your journey, in your career. Another important message that Pierre Le Manh provided is your work matters, but you matter too. Do you remember my speech at the General Assembly in January where I stressed out to all members that YOU are important. Without you PMI Belgium can not exist. I was very satisfied that our PMI Fair 2024 theme YOU and the ART in Project Management is very aligned with the strategy of PMI Global. Remember that PMI Belgium is your HOME, your anchor to growth, to develop your talents, gifts to become a STAR in project management.

PMI:NEXT Strategy

The keynote speaker talked about the way to find your purpose. When you know your purpose, you can achieve everything.  Know your WHY and the rest is coming your way. You can use your GPS to continue your project management path. GPS is your Gift, Passion, and Service.

At the Global Summit and the Leadership Institute Meeting we were immersed in the PMI Core Values. The theme at the LIM was focused on one of the PMI Core Values: Embrace Curiosity.  Do you know the other PMI Core Values?  There are even 5 PMI Core Values. At the summer Event in July we will explore the PMI.Next Strategy and the PMI Core Values.
