Celebrating Leadership and Gratitude in March

March began with International Compliment Day, a day inaugurated by Gina De Groote, reminding us of the power of appreciation, recognition, and the small acts that make a big difference. As we reflect on this spirit of gratitude, we take the opportunity to acknowledge those whose contributions have shaped our chapter and inspired growth within our community.

Acknowledging Leadership

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to two of our chapter leaders who are stepping down: Paolo Alagna, Director of Professional Development, and Edi Venturin, Director of Marketing and Communication.

Paolo’s insight, dedication, and thoughtful leadership have shaped our professional development initiatives, creating programs that support growth and learning across the chapter. Edi’s creativity, strategic vision, and commitment have strengthened our communications and outreach, ensuring our message reaches and resonates with the community. Both are working closely with other board members to transfer their knowledge and responsibilities, ensuring continuity and the ongoing success of their initiatives.

While we honor Paolo and Edi, we also want to acknowledge the entire team of chapter leaders whose dedication, energy, and collaboration make our chapter thrive every day. Their collective efforts continue to strengthen our community and inspire growth, connection, and excellence across all areas of our work.
