To strengthen our team we are urgently looking for talented junior and senior project managers. You will be working as a project manager for one of our clients and will be responsible for managing different kind of projects.

 

Skills & Competences

• Be able to steer end-to-end projects/ programs or portfolios
• Management of the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of these projects 
• Perform gate-keeper work on scope, cost and quality
• Define and manage project benefits & costs and deliverables
• Effectively apply our methodology and project standards 
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities via work breakdown structures
• Prepare for engagement review and quality assurance procedures
• Minimize exposure and risk on projects
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion 
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors, sponsors, steering committee and other stakeholders 
• PMO set-up competencies

 

Profile

• Ideally you have a university degree or equivalent through experience (+2 years)
• A proven track record of successful accomplishments within project organizations
• You have strong communication skills
• You are flexible and stress-resistant
• You can work independently in a dynamic environment
• You have a strong analytical ability and can create creative solutions
• Certification such as PRINCE 2, PMP is an asset
• Trilingual (English, Dutch and French)
