What Is the PMI Mentorship Program?

The PMI Belgium Chapter Mentorship Program is a structured initiative aimed at supporting both personal and professional development. It connects experienced project professionals (mentors) with aspiring or growing practitioners (mentees), fostering a collaborative environment of learning and growth.

What the program offers:

• One-on-one mentoring relationships
• Development of soft skills and PMI’s Talent Triangle competencies
• Career guidance and professional growth support
• Networking opportunities and the ability to earn PDUs

Program Objectives

• Build meaningful mentor-mentee relationships
• Encourage personal and professional growth through shared experiences
• Strengthen leadership and coaching capabilities among mentors
• Empower mentees with individualized guidance

Interested in Becoming a Mentor?

Eligibility:

• Active member of the PMI Belgium Chapter
• Holder of a PMI Certification (e.g., PMP®)

Commitment:

• Participate in monthly mentoring sessions (in-person or virtual) over 6 months
• Offer guidance, encouragement, and practical insights
• Complete a brief exit survey for program feedback

Looking to Become a Mentee?

Eligibility:

• Active PMI member (preferably affiliated with the Belgium Chapter)

Commitment:

• Take initiative and manage the mentoring relationship proactively
• Be open to feedback and dedicated to self-improvement

• Format: In-person or virtual, as mutually agreed
