The Chapter event at Galapagos last week was again a big success with housefull. Els Heykants presented their project management methodology (Enterprise PPM) and how it is implemented in a project-focused biopharmaceutical company to develop innovative medicines where the project life cycle can be very long. The presentation was followed by a very interactive Q&A session between our host and the audience.
