Experiencing LABIOMISTA: A Day of Dreams, Connection, and Purpose

[Reflections from PMI Belgium’s Member Day at LABIOMISTA – Part 1 of 2]

In the unique and inspiring setting of LABIOMISTA in Genk—where nature, science, and humanity intertwine—we celebrated our Members’ Day. It was a day of connection, reflection, and vision. We came together to share the ongoing initiatives of the PMI Belgium Chapter, to meet the board members, and to spark conversations about the future we are building together.

A highlight of the day was a guided walk that introduced us to the CosmoGolem—a powerful wooden figure that symbolizes hope, dreams, and transformation. The CosmoGolem invites each of us to place our wishes, fears, and deepest desires into its heart, trusting that they will be held and protected. Its large feet represent stability and being grounded in reality. Its outstretched hands are a reminder of our ability to create and protect, and its open head symbolizes an open mind—essential for growth, innovation, and change.

The entire space at LABIOMISTA echoed a harmony between humans and nature, science and spirit. Animals, symbolizing the spirit world, reminded us of the wisdom of our ancestors and the need to reconnect with the natural world, which holds so many answers—if we choose to listen.

As our Members’ Day ended, I asked each participant to write down a dream—something they truly long for—and give it to me, so I could hold it with intention and care, in the spirit of the CosmoGolem. This act wasn’t just symbolic — it was a step toward manifestation.

What Is Manifestation?

Manifestation is more than wishful thinking. It is the process of turning your thoughts, intentions, and beliefs into reality through focused energy, clarity, and action. At its core, manifestation is built on the idea that what you believe, you begin to create.

It starts with intentionally being clear about what you truly want. That intention becomes a seed. From there, you begin to visualize it. You imagine what your life looks like when that dream is realized, feel the emotions it brings, and align your mindset with that possibility.

But manifestation also requires action. The universe may open doors, but you must walk through them. You must take steps—big or small—toward the vision you hold. It’s a dance between trust and effort, between letting go and showing up.

Belief plays a vital role. If you don’t believe something is possible for you, you will unconsciously sabotage it. When you believe in your dream—when you entrust it to something bigger, like the symbolic heart of the CosmoGolem—you give it energy. You start to notice opportunities. You move with more purpose. You connect with people and ideas that support your dream.

This is the power of manifestation: aligning your inner world with the outer world you want to create.

Moving Forward with Intention

As we move forward—both individually and as a community—I encourage each of you to revisit the dream you offered to the CosmoGolem. Let it be more than a wish. Let it be a vision you believe in, act on, and manifest into reality.

"Dreams protected with love and intention don’t just survive—they grow."
