Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

The non-public part of the PMI Belgium website and the events of the PMI Belgium chapter are restricted to valid members only.

A valid member is a member of the PMI.ORG who has selected to be a member of the Belgium Chapter and has paid all due fees for the Belgium Chapter. Log in on the PMI.ORG website and check your chapters, special interest groups and communities at the bottom left.

2. Events

Considering :

(a) the financial impact of providing our members quality catering, locations and speakers as well as

(b) the organizational & practical limitations of our events (like the number of seats in a meeting room), the number of participants for each event is strictly limited.

Online registration for any event is mandatory and is done on a first come, first serve basis.

Our online event-registration process requires you to LOGIN as chapter member to benefit from the member discount if applicable for the event. Your registration will be confirmed by email.

In case the number of registrations exceeds the number of available seats, a waiting list will be created.

We are confident that you understand it is very unfair to refuse registrations on the one hand and observe that registered persons simply do not show up at events at the other hand.

Please realise that a payment request will be sent for the sunk cost of  40 EUR for each no-show/late-cancellation.

Keep your PMI code of ethics in mind and notify us formally and in due time in case of unexpected change of your priorities or plans.

A correct Cancellation can be performed as follow:

(a) Use the Cancellation button on the event description sheet when identified on the website as a chapter member OR send an email directly to  The Event Management Team

(b) at least 4 days prior to the event - with a 100% refund of the event participation fee (if any).

(c) less than 4 days prior to the event - 0% refund of the event participation fee (if any) - replacement person allowed if not already registere

3. Data Privacy

3.1 Your registration information such as firstname, lastname, address, email address, PMI-ID... will be retained for a period of 3+1 years aligned with the 3 years PDU Life-cycle as requested by PMI Global in line with the PDU attribution potential audit process.

3.2 A photographer may be on site to document the event. Photographs and videos are the sole property of PMI Belgium. By registering for and attending these events, attendees understand that PMI may use the likenesses for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing, or notify the photographer on site.

4. Varia

PMI Belgium will not be held responsible in case of accidents during & on the way to & from Events
