Rhonda has an MBA from Georgia State University, specializing in organizational development, as well as being certified in Mind Gym and Myers Briggs Type Instrument.  She has worked in a variety of international companies, including Imerys, Antalis and The Estée Lauder Companies.

Rhonda also has a rich and diverse cultural background.  She is American, with a South Korean mother and an American military father, and a French husband, Rhonda has lived and worked all over the world, in USA, Asia, Europe and South America.  This has helped her  understands the nuances and importance of different cultures.

Rhonda is a subject matter expert in culture, inclusion and diversity, talent development and performance management, learning and development and employee surveys.   She has created and implemented a number of global programs for multi-national companies, specifically on inclusion and diversity, change leadership,  cultural transformation and leadership pipeline development.   She also was an integral part of leading the digital marketing transformation for The Estée Lauder Companies, for EMEA. .

Rhonda leads or partners with leaders and teams to develop strategies and programs that align with company culture, are regionally relevant, while also reflecting contemporary, global inclusion and diversity thinking and guidelines, that support business objectives.   She is a talented facilitator who brings energy, passion and drive that creates an environment where people come together and learn.
