Closing a Chapter, Continuing the Journey
On 19 February, PMI Belgium closed the Autumn 2025 Mentoring Cohort.
No big announcements. No noise. Because mentoring doesn’t need it.
It happens in conversations.
In moments of clarity.
In the space where someone realizes: “Now I know what to do next.”
It doesn’t show up on dashboards. But it changes trajectories.
Why Mentoring Matters
