On 19 February, PMI Belgium closed the Autumn 2025 Mentoring Cohort. 

No big announcements. No noise. Because mentoring doesn’t need it. 

It happens in conversations. 
In moments of clarity. 
In the space where someone realizes: “Now I know what to do next.” 

It doesn’t show up on dashboards. But it changes trajectories. 

Why Mentoring Matters 

Mentoring is not about advice. It’s about perspective. 

Helping someone see:

• their direction  

More clearly. And in doing so, it creates something powerful:

The Cohort at a Glance 

• 6 mentors, 9 mentees at launch  

• +1 mentor joined after kickoff

• 2 mentors supported multiple mentees

• 1 pair continuing beyond the program  

But the real story is not in the numbers. It’s in the experience.
