Leadership is rarely about the title; it’s about the impact and leaving a place better than you found it. In a volunteer-led community like ours, this requires years of consistent dedication, and for several years, the PMI Belgium Chapter has been lucky to have Edi Venturin and Paolo Alagna leading the way.

As they step down from the Board to focus on personal commitments and projects, they leave behind a Chapter that is stronger and more connected because of their service.

Edi Venturin has been our steady compass, serving with distinction as the Director of Marketing, Communications & IT. He moved the Chapter beyond just "marketing and communication", building a genuine community where every member felt seen. We will miss his thoughtful perspective and his unique ability to lead with both professionalism and a warm, approachable spirit.

Paolo Alagna has been the driving force behind our Professional Development as Director. His passion for helping others grow their careers turned the Chapter into a true launchpad for project managers in Belgium and beyond. We are grateful for his collaborative spirit and his tireless work in ensuring that being a member of PMI Belgium truly meant something.

To Edi and Paolo,
You have balanced the demands of your own careers with the voluntary task of leading this chapter, a journey you drove by pure passion. You have managed the complexities of board meetings, event logistics, and strategic shifts, all while maintaining a smile and a "can-do" attitude.
