"Susana, 44 years, based in the lovely village of Sintra, Portugal. Professionally I'm passionate about fostering people's development and success. For the past 4 years, I was responsible for creating impactful training experiences for the internal sales team in Cisco Portugal. From all the sales enablement tasks I was responsible for, I highlight the ownership and management of a weekly webinar program. I am a strong communicator, it is easy for me to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization and to establish trustworthy relations with my stakeholders.  I am PMP certified since November 2023.

On a personal level I'm a proud mom of 2 toddlers, a boy and a girl, happily married. In the little time I have available I like to do some sports, walks in the countryside, mainly outdoor activities with the family."
