The annual Board Elections are an important milestone for the governance and continuity of our Chapter.

I invite all members to participate in the Chapter elections taking place in December. With the appointment of an independent Nominating Committee and an improved election process, these elections are the most rigorous and transparent to date. The role of the Committee is to evaluate the validity of each candidate prior to open voting and to ensure that the election is fair and correctly followed.

Several board members are completing their terms, and the Committee has confirmed candidates for the open roles. Your vote determines who will guide the Chapter’s activities, governance, and strategic direction for the coming term.

Key dates:

• 1 December: Voting opens
• 13 December: Voting closes
• 14 December: Results announced

Invitations for voting have been sent out to each Chapter member. Please review the candidate information carefully and cast your vote. Voting is a small action with long-term impact. It ensures that our leadership reflects the needs of project professionals across all industries, preserves transparent governance, and keeps the Chapter aligned with your priorities.
